Yes, I cooked a “big fat hen!”

After the “train-wreck” with the pot holder, it was time to get on with making the dressing. Oh, by the way, the cornbread was fine.Dressing makin' 006 Dressing makin' 004 Dressing makin' 010

We mix everything in the old aluminum dishpan that mother has had forever. It has been used for many things like washing dishes, cutting off corn, and mixing dressing.Dressing makin' 008

We had dressing for three 13x9 pans.

We are seriously considering Cracker Barrel next year!
