Just relax....this is really easy!

I've had the same china on my table since Easter.  I have rearranged, added, and removed the really Easter stuff,  and I am still enjoying the the same but different look.  Yesterday, the local florist delivered two wonderful arrangements, One for me and one for my Mother.  Instant tablescapes!
Mother's

Mine
I lifted the cut flowers out of the pretty pink vase and put them in the white, milk glass vase that was already on the table.  No rearranging, just clipped the stem ends and added fresh water.

Everything else is still the same.

So easy!  OK, I know you are thinking...no flowers?  No problem!  Easter morning, I cut the precious peonies from my garden.  I had been planning this...I put them in the white tureen on my dining room table.  I added some greenery and it was wonderful!  For 30 minutes!  They wilted and looked pitiful!  I had to dump them and start all over.  I went to my wee garden, clipped several stems of Solomans Seal (a varigated pass-a-long plant that has sweet lily of the valley like blooms in early Spring).  I grabbed the last few lenten roses and plopped all that in my tureen!  Perfect!  In fact,  I liked it better than the peonies!  Wish I had a picture...no time for things like that.
There is almost always something growing that will be perfect in a container .  Try it!
